Made To Order
Most of our items are made to order (especially the stone items). Please expect at least 2 weeks for non-stone charms, pendants and one piece cuffs and bracelets to be completed and at least 4 weeks for stone items and other pieces that are not pendants, charms or one piece cuffs and bracelets. We do have some items available for immediate shipment so please contact us if you need it shipped immediately to see if we can do this.
Sales Tax
All orders within the state of Texas will have sales tax collected at the rate of 8.25%. We currently do not collect sales taxes for any other state or VAT for any other country.

What will shipping cost me? The quickest way to find your shipping options is to place an item in your cart and go to your shopping cart. All of your shipping options will be listed below your cart.
Special Holiday and Christmas Returns
Beginning November 10 we allow Christmas and Holiday orders to be postmarked by January 5th for returns without a restocking fee. Items purchased after December 5th have our regular 30 day hassle free return.
30 Day Hassle Free Returns
We accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return:
1. Send the merchandise in a protected manner (boxed) so that it reaches us before 30 days of receipt. Please also include a note with your order number, name and reason for the return. Please insure your package or get package tracking to ensure that the package has arrived successfully as we will not be able to give credit for items not received.

2. We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please note if the return causes your order to fall below a special sale offer such as free shipping then the shipping cost will be added to your order. S&H fees are not refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned merchandise back to us. Any damage or defect claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or defect claim, items must be sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We reserve the right to not accept returns after 30 days of delivery at our discretion. Items listed as non-returnable (gift boxes,finger/toe sizers,grab bags) will not be given refunds.
Special return requirements may be made on bulk purchases of single items.

Our shipping prices do not include any customs duties, VAT or sales taxes that your country may charge.
Please be aware that your country's postal system may charge $4-$8 for a customs clearance fee. Also, your country's customs service may impose duties and VAT taxes on your order. Please check with your country's customs website to determine what fee's may be imposed on your order.
